All encroachments on footpaths and roads outside gate of Cremation Ground (towards Yamuna Bazar) by sellers of cremation-goods should be immediately removed also because the management has opened an outlet inside the premises of Cremation Ground to sell these goods at No-Profit-No-Loss basis with additional provision to provide these goods totally free to un-affording people.
Priests performing cremations and after-cremation rituals (ash-collection) usually force family-members of cremated ones to pay many times more Dakshina which is prominently displayed by the management at several places of cremation ground. System should be to charge fees payable to priests as Dakshina along with the cost of wood supplied for cremation. Also fees (Dakshina) payable after-cremation rituals (ash-collection) should be charged with cost of woods. Name of priests performing these rites should be mentioned on two separate slips one for performing cremation and the other for performing after-cremation rituals (ash-collection). All system including of issuing receipts for woods, cremation-materials and two slips to be given to performing priests separately for cremation and after-cremation rituals (ash-collection) should also be computerized. Fees so collected for different priests may be credited to their respective bank-accounts electronically on first day of every month. System will be ultimately beneficial for priests also who will be getting accumulated amount in their banks saving them from mid-month unnecessary expenses and thus resulting in their savings in banks.
On the vacant footpath-land as suggested here-above by removing unauthorized encroachments, a small-level especially designed Mother Dairy booth should be asked to be opened which will serve dual purpose of (a) making milk and curd available for after-cremation rituals (ash-collection) (b) fulfill requirement of nearby residents and others.
Many private agencies charging exorbitantly through various sizes of composite packages have mushroomed in National Capital Territory of Delhi. These should be discouraged by entrusting such service to Nigambodh Ghat management for Nigambodh Ghat management, and to respective managements of other cremation grounds in Delhi and nearby states.
