Fresh laying down of street-floor of Kucha Lattushah, Dariba, Chandni Chowk, Delhi-110006 utmost necessary urgently with sewer-line and pipe-lines replaced with new ones
Laying down of street-floor of Kucha Lattushah, Dariba, Chandni Chowk, Delhi-110006 has become of utmost importance considering huge road-patches throughout the street. Sewer and water lines should also be replaced because of usual blocking of man-holes and water-supply comparatively low due to chocking water-lines.
Furthermore, a urinal in the street always giving foul smell and a nuisance for residents and shopkeepers of the street especially ladies should be permanently demolished. The said urinal further adds to the big problem when outsiders park their two-wheelers in the street in an unauthorized manner. It should be so arranged that two-wheelers of outsiders may not be allowed to be parked in the street like prevails the system in other steets of Dariba (Chandni Chowk) Delhi-110006.
Apart from this long-awaited and promised steel-railings and pillars should be installed at the Chabutra at back of Gurudwara Sisganj in the street for convenience of residents on the said Chabutra.
But it should be done under prestigious Chandni Chowk Redevelopment Plan with Kucha Lattushah becoming role-model for other streets in Dariba (Chandni Chowk) Delhi-110006. It may be recalled that already redevelopment of Diwan Hall Road in the area has been announced to be taken up under Chandni chowk Redevelopment-Plan.
Honourable Lt Governor and Chief Minister should personally look into ambitious suggestions of residents and shopkeepers of the street which houses two heritage temples and back side of Gurudwara Sisganj Saheb so that the street may also become a tourist attraction for domestic and international visitors apart from becoming a hotspot for pre-wedding shoot usually done in Dariba and in this street.
