UP International Trade Show Roadshow to Be Held in Mumbai After Successful Events in Delhi, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru

Published:

After successful outreach events in Delhi, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru, the Government of Uttar Pradesh is set to host its next International Trade Show roadshow in Mumbai on Tuesday, July 30, as part of its sustained push to promote the upcoming UP International Trade Show 2025.

Organised under the leadership of the state’s Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Department and in collaboration with Udyog Bandhu, the Mumbai roadshow will aim to attract investors, buyers, and industry leaders from Maharashtra and Western India to participate in the trade show scheduled to be held in Greater Noida from September 25 to 29, 2025.

Focus on Showcasing Uttar Pradesh’s Industrial Strength

The roadshow is a key initiative to position Uttar Pradesh as a major trade and investment hub, particularly highlighting the state’s strength in diverse sectors such as textiles, food processing, handicrafts, leather, electronics, and pharmaceuticals. Officials are expected to brief participants on the trade show’s scale, benefits, and international scope.

More than 2,000 exhibitors and 5,000 buyers from across India and abroad are anticipated to attend the main event in September. The show will feature sectoral pavilions, B2B meetings, export-oriented sessions, and platforms to showcase One District One Product (ODOP) offerings.

Strengthening MSME and Export Ecosystem

The Mumbai roadshow will particularly target stakeholders from the MSME sector, exporters, and chambers of commerce to build strategic partnerships and facilitate market access for Uttar Pradesh’s manufacturers and artisans. By building these linkages, the state aims to further boost its rising export footprint and leverage Maharashtra’s strong logistics and financial ecosystem.

With Uttar Pradesh emerging as one of India’s fastest-growing industrial states, the trade show series is also aligned with larger initiatives under ‘Make in UP’ and Atmanirbhar Bharat, aimed at attracting both domestic and global investors.

Government’s Continued Push for Industry Engagement

Senior officials from the Government of Uttar Pradesh, including representatives from the MSME Department, Invest UP, and Udyog Bandhu, are expected to lead the Mumbai roadshow. They will interact with potential exhibitors and buyers, and extend invitations to attend the Greater Noida event.

The roadshow will also serve as a platform to present the state’s improved infrastructure, ease of doing business reforms, and sector-specific incentives that make it an increasingly attractive destination for investment and trade.

With each successive roadshow drawing growing interest from India’s industrial and export sectors, the Mumbai leg of the UP International Trade Show campaign is expected to play a vital role in boosting awareness and participation. The initiative underlines Uttar Pradesh’s commitment to becoming a leading hub for trade, exports, and industrial development on both national and international fronts.
