The Grip of Control Destroys the Self — Power Lies in the Open Hand

Published:

The Grip Grid of Life
The Grip Grid consists of five elemental forces that shape the flow of life and consciousness:
1.Sky — Parvati
2.Naad / Air — Saraswati
3.Agni / Sun — Vishnu
4.Water — Durga
5.Earth — Prithvi (Kali, Kamdev)
These five elements form the subtle architecture of existence. They are not merely physical components of nature but symbolic forces representing consciousness, balance, and creation.
When the palm is open, the self remains expansive, receptive and alive.
But when the palm is tightly closed, the self becomes imprisoned. The stronger the grip, the more life gets crushed — not only the self but also those who are closest to us.
Many people begin to break themselves into fragments simply to fit into the contemplative reflections and expectations of others.
Stop doing that.
Validate your own choices. That is what truly matters. Other people’s opinions, suggestions, corrections, or validations cannot place you in a correction home or a psychiatric ward where professionals are governed by laws, principles, research, peer review and professional definitions.
Even those professionals have made countless mistakes in their own lives. They do not always practice what they preach. How then can they claim the authority to certify another person’s mental intelligence?
A Confident Outlook
Emptiness is often misunderstood.
Yet emptiness is serene, still and luminous — all in one. It is not non-existence. It reveals that true attainment is to attain nothing.
Every win builds confidence.
Success ensures progress, momentum and belief.
Every setback builds character. Even when one fails, one is equipped with resilience, humility and clarity.
Often, “No” teaches much more than “Yes.”
In fact, one of the world’s most powerful teachers can be paranoia — the feeling that the world is conspiring against me. It sharpens awareness and forces deep introspection.
Happiness arrives when the past is passed and the future becomes fearless.
Infinite love is the truth; everything else is illusion. When this belief takes root, fear-based constructs begin to dissolve.
In the infinite field of existence, I am merely a point of attention playing roles within a holographic illusion.
Emptiness itself is compassionate and free from delusion.WhatsApp Image 2026 03 06 at 10.06.02 PM
A Moment of Cosmic Compassion
Mythology offers a profound illustration of cosmic consciousness.
When Lord Shiva consumed the deadly Halahal poison during the Samudra Manthan, its burning force threatened to destroy him.
In that moment, the nurturing Tara Ma picked up the infant-like Shiva and fed him her breast milk. Her milk neutralised the poison’s burning effect.
There was no grip.
No moral judgement.
No assumption.
The only concern was compassion — to save Shiva, who himself had saved the world.
The Journey Through One’s Shadow
Every individual must travel through the shadowy world they have created — a world shaped by pride, fear, illusion and fragmented identities.
The self must evaluate its own performance over time.
This awakening requires courage:
1.Become a heretic to your former beliefs.
2.Become a fool to your own identity.
3.Begin doubting your old stories through awakening.
Healing begins with this process.
The Fire of Transformation
Fire represents the potent number four — the force of dissolution and transformation.
Fire burns through layers of concealment. Language transforms. Illusions dissolve.
The concealed self burns away layer by layer. The ashes are grounded, and from them the true self begins to emerge.
True power does not lie in control.
Power lies in the open hand, not in the grip.
The Phoenix of Renewal
The mythical Phoenix is said to live between 500 and 1000 years. It sustains itself on fragrant substances such as myrrh, frankincense, cinnamon, tears of incense and balsam.
When the Phoenix grows fatigued with age, it creates its own funeral pyre. It perishes in flames — only to rise again from the ashes.
The Phoenix therefore represents resurgence, resilience and resurrection.
A Message to Women
Women, keep your palm open.
Do not grip the palm into a fist.
Do not attempt to control yourself or the lives of those around you.
Freedom, compassion and strength all begin with an open hand.
Because the moment the grip loosens, the self is liberated.
