Mangaluru: Members of the Sabari Male Ayyappa Seva Samajam, Mangaluru, staged a protest in front of the Mangaluru Clock Tower against Bihar MP Pappu Yadav, opposition parties and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi over what the protesters described as an insult to Sanatan Dharma and the Ayodhya Ram Mandir.
The protesters alleged that the wearing of saffron clothes in front of Parliament by the political leaders had hurt the sentiments of followers of Sanatan Dharma. They gathered near the Clock Tower and raised slogans expressing their opposition to the alleged act.
