Principle
Focus on the good in your life. It rewires your brain to seek more good.
We are either EGOSELF or HIGHERSELF.
WHO AM I?
I am a mechanical, electrical, hormonal, emotional and desirous HUMAN BEING.
EGO SELF
EGO SELF oscillates between victim mentality and scarcity mindset, views failure, and dwells in the past and future.
HIGHER SELF
HIGHER SELF believes in self acceptance and abundance.
It seeks feedback and dwells in the present.
Misuse of Power
Misuse of power occurs when clarity is amiss between loyalty and duty.
Reality goes amiss. Relationships become distorted between seniority and subordinate.
Early success clouds the ego self with arrogance, and ambition begins to abuse social relationships.
Catastrophic consequences arise when the crack cracks consciousness, and one learns to say:
“I am unwell, my power is unwell.”
Inferiority Complex
I was engulfed in my inferiority complex such as:
•I am unwanted
•I am unloveable
•I am unworthy
•I am weird
•I am unsuccessful
•I need external validation
•I am insignificant
•I am powerless
•I am not good enough
•I am ugly
•I am a burden
Remedy: Positive Affirmation Through Archetype Evolution
Follow an archetype evolution, such as a Deity.
Examples:
•KALI – destroys time and ego
•Tara – our saviour and guide
•Tripura – helps to override desire
•Bhubaneswari – expansion of consciousness
•Bhairavi – purifying fire and discipline
•Chinmasta – radical sacrifice and surrender
•Dhumavati – embracing void, scarcity and inauspiciousness
•Bagalamukhi – the paralyser of enemies
•Matangi – the tantric Saraswati
•Kamala – absolute prosperity and grace
What is Desire?
Desire is expanded energy on the move.
What is Unconscious Desire?
It is mechanical unaware attachment without understanding pattern and intelligence.
It compels with ignorance and wrong choices, enhancing suffering, curbing liberation, and encouraging bondage.
A Yogi destroys unconscious desire, rises above it, burns and dissolves it to purify the self.
Observer and Witness Mode
The observer goes into WITNESS MODE.
An observer has two options:
1.Accurate assessment of the situation with clarity.
2.Prejudiced observation, where reality is confused with past projection, memory cells and clouded perception lens, resulting in distortion.
Role of the Nervous System
The nervous system and subconscious mind constantly interpret reality through:
•Past experiences
•Emotions
•Wounds
•Stored beliefs
Questions for Self-Reflection
One needs to ask these questions several times:
1.Is this situation real?
2.Am I using unwell power?
3.Is my nervous system playing the old story?
I will earn a breakthrough through the bondage.
Energy Discipline
Do not scar your energy or allow leakage by indulging in middle class gossiping.
Practice silence, stillness and slow breathing to enhance energy.
