Clinicians need to process thoughts ,attitude of the patient and their cognitive behaviour.
Thought is an air bubble lying in the depths of the subconscious trough. It rises higher to be identified by the edges ( not resistance or analysis) ,the flavour( fear, control, pride), neural circuit and the distance between stimulus and response.
THERAPIST ATTITUDE is an emotional tone that the thought carries till it hardens to become a lens. The physician should be quiet in the mind with a grace, subtle in judgement after seeing the proof and its fixity to the occupancy. Ego should be abandoned as it leads to emotional exhaustion, give space to the patients thought not voice, create a better image or become lonely.
The physician should avoid HUBRIS ( Greek word : meaning without measure ) SYNDROME ( in short : self grandiosity) . The emotional tone should be bereft of self referential loop and self hidden trap, devoid of comparison , judgement, prove, fixative and visibility. The DMN is silent and prefrontal cortex is active , sensitive , encouraging.
ELEPHANTS BRAIN : has spindle cells a rare neuron also found in humans, they are associated with self- awareness, empathy, and complex social perception. Elephant is an emotional giant, it feels and understands ,it acts with silent wisdom.
Leonardo da Vinci once wrote that “The elephant embodies righteousness,reason and temperance.”
Elephant are helpful, modest, when the elephant senses the end ,it leaves the herd and goes to die alone just like lord Buddha whose bass nature was a white elephant with six trunks he came in his mothers dream with a white lotus.
The elephant shows modesty , compassion and dignity.
PAIN : a doctor will appreciate pain of the patients but self pain undergoes brain fogging.
My pain is distant ,fragmented, it lives through a fog, it is not forgotten. My memory cells are reconstructed and re consolidated , they are updated ,filtered and shaped, regularly assessed.
Memory + ego = edited memory
Memory+ shame = distorted memory
Memory forgotten = buried
I am strong with no self issues.
My mind facing outward works with beta waves alert to solve ,
With meditation, dreams and internal processing, I work with encoded memory cells in the HIPPOCAMPUS to become calm. My amygdala responds to emergency , excitement, trauma, reactivity and over stimulation . Old memory cells are blocked.
I practice deeper healing by not editing my memory cells , I view my true image , transparent image and not a tailored image which I want others to believe.
I will face my past with courage, my journey through the dark, as darkness opens portals and light disrupts coherence.
