The Alchemical Stages of Life: Awakening the Durga Within
The Alchemical Stages of Life
I walk like Durga through the four stages of inner alchemy:
- Nigredo – where shadows rise and illusions collapse.
- Albedo – purification and renewal; clarity emerges in darkness.
- Citrinitas – wisdom dawns, illumination shines in yellow light.
- Rubedo – integration, equality, and wholeness—like the philosopher’s stone.
In this journey, I practice silence, the ability to say “no,” and the courage to walk away from toxic environments. I know myself, hence I do not react or respond to rejection or recognition. The universe dances with me, and lies beneath my feet.
The Eternal Feminine: Beyond the Rib
I am Durga.
I am not derived from the rib of a man.
I am the rib that man breathes through,
the fascia that binds him,
his strength, intellect, acumen, and his charioteer.
Womb as Gateway
My womb is a gateway to other space-time, dimensions, and dreamscapes.
For nine months, a soul lives and grows with ancestral blessings—cells multiplying, replicating, guided by epigenetics, carrying ancestral code. This womb connects me to earth and cosmos alike: a fountain of abundance, replication, and grace.
Within me plays an orchestra:
- The flow of my blood as funic soufflé,
- The gallop of the unborn’s fetal heartbeat.
We, mother and child, share gratitude. Our hearts align, our electromagnetic fields dance, the vagus slows, prosperity, comfort, and growth radiate.
Compassion as Healing Power
My energy flows into forgotten lands, healing wounds and filling crevices. My compassion rests in my eyes—offering refuge, giving strength.
When the mother heals, the world heals—
from family to school, from workplace to society.
Her magic ignites inner light, inspiring those still searching for their path.
Overcoming Resistance, Awakening Consciousness
I trust instinct and self-belief.
I dissolve grief, visualize solutions, and conquer resistance.
Consciousness is superior to thought,
yet ego blocks it, creating strategies of:
- Mind: obstruction, grief, guilt, procrastination.
- Speech: harsh words, fractured dialects.
- Energy: wasted in wars, anger, arguments.
But consciousness waits like a sentinel.
The Ritual of Stillness
In the practice of Bindu Visarga, I learn the power of no response, no reaction.
Lalana and Casual Chakras open with compassion, transforming confrontation into calmness.
Empathy, compassion, and unconditional love restore chaos to harmony. Commitment to truth leads me deep within, where I see the simple nature of truth:
- Truth is Love.
- The birth of something from nothing is Love.
As Khalil Gibran wrote:
“True love is a mirage whose reflections enchant us and remind us of the innocence of our being.”
And as Oscar Wilde expressed:
“In the turbulent ocean of true love, we find our harbour of peace, our fragile anchor in the storm of life.”
Awakening the Heart Chakra
To open the Heart Chakra, the solar plexus must first ignite. From trust, respect, and acceptance flow compassion and love. The awakened Heart radiates unconditional love, choosing awareness and sharing light.
Durga in Wrath and Wisdom
When consciousness awakens, it exposes ego’s disguises.
Spiritual intelligence is Durga in her wrath—fierce, protective, and compassionate.
- Pain becomes wisdom.
- Chaos births insight.
- Intuition guides the unspoken path.
This Durga Puja, let us shed shortcomings, heighten our frequency, and support both inner and outer realms—embracing the Durga within.
