In a message of support, the Prime Minister conveyed deep sorrow over the loss of lives and injuries caused by the attack, describing terrorism as a grave threat to humanity and global peace. He reiterated that such acts of violence cannot be justified under any circumstances and must be confronted with unity and resolve.

He underlined the need for strong international cooperation to combat terror networks, disrupt their funding, and prevent radicalisation.

Reaffirming India’s long-standing position, the Prime Minister said that the global community must adopt a zero-tolerance approach towards terrorism and those who sponsor or shelter terrorists.
